Ingredients:
– 2 oz tequila
– 1/2 oz Cointreau
– 1/2 oz lime juice
– 1/4 oz agave nectar
– 1/2 oz avocado fat wash*

Instructions:
1. Begin by creating the avocado fat wash. In a blender, combine 1/2 an avocado with 4 oz of tequila. Blend until smooth and strain through a fine mesh strainer to remove any chunks. Set aside.

3. Add tequila, Cointreau, lime juice, agave nectar, and avocado fat wash to the shaker. Fill with ice and shake well.

5. Fill the rimmed glass with ice and strain the cocktail into it.
6. Garnish with a lime wedge.
