“Rainbow Breeze”
Ingredients:
– 1 1/2 oz Gin
– 1/2 oz Blue Curacao
– 1/2 oz Peach Schnapps
– 1/2 oz Triple Sec
– 1/2 oz Cranberry Juice
– 1/2 oz Orange Juice
– 1/2 oz Pineapple Juice
– Splash of Grenadine
– Ice
– Pineapple wedge and cherry for garnish
Instructions:
1. Begin by filling a glass with ice.
2. In a shaker, combine gin, blue curacao, peach schnapps and triple sec.
3. Shake well and strain into the glass.
4. In the same shaker, mix cranberry juice, orange juice, and pineapple juice.
5. Carefully pour the mixture over the back of a spoon to create a layer on top of the first layer.
6. In a separate small glass, mix a splash of grenadine with a small amount of water.
7. Slowly pour the grenadine mixture over the back of a spoon to create a third layer.
8. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and cherry.
